It has been a short few weeks since I returned from my Arctic adventure. It really was a challenge, with temperatures of -19 on the day we arrived, to being soaked through while setting up our tents in the depths of snow.

I have time to reflect and looking back on the photos I am really proud on what I did and the money we raised for the Irish heart foundation at present we are at €130,000 between all of us. I want to thank you all again for your amazing support I couldn’t have done it without you. If you fancy a challenge, they are going again next year! I would be happy to chat all about it.
